Production Up and Running for Stony Brook Cookie Company

Geneva, NY -- Stony Brook Cookie Company, a new enterprise located at the Cornell Agriculture & Food Technology Park, has begun production in the Park's customize food laboratory and kitchen. Stony Brook recently located from Boston to leverage the resources offered by Cornell's food science and nutrition experts. The company plans to expand it existing gourmet cookie business by developing new, wholesome, all-natural baked products for both retail and commercial markets. The business is owned and operated by Cornell alumni Greg Woodworth and Kelly Coughlin.

The Cornell Agriculture & Food Technology Park is a 72-acre campus that enables collaboration with world-class Cornell University faculty and the New York State Agricultural Experiment Station. Tenants can link to cutting-edge research in numerous competencies related to food, agriculture and bio-based sciences.
