Description

Space is a large, flexible design, well-lighted, ready to occupy laboratory complete with up to four fume hoods, vented chemical storage, professional cabinetry, wet sinks, emergency showers, composite laboratory grade countertops, climate control, and advanced air handling capabilities. Individual offices are also available separate from lab space.

Lease Terms

Lease rates, which include utility costs, are determined by the amount of space required and length of lease. Typical lease rates for laboratory space will range between $28 - $32/sq.ft./year.

Potential Uses

Food product testing, quantitative testing, product development space or other controlled environment research.
