The new company aims to become the premier top-quality hay processor by using a new way to harvest the crop that is faster than traditional methods. GENEVA, NY -- Stony Brook Cookie Company, a new enterprise located at the Cornell Agriculture & Food Technology Park, has begun production in the Park's customize food laboratory and kitchen. Stony Brook recently located from Boston to leverage the resources offered by Cornell's food science and nutrition experts. The company plans to expand it existing gourmet cookie business by developing new, wholesome, all-natural baked products for both retail and commercial markets. The business is owned and operated by Cornell alumni Greg Woodworth and Kelly Coughlin.
